Returns & Shipping

At Primrose we hope to make each order and return as easy as possible for you.

Orders will ship within one business day.  We are aware that there will be times when items will not always work out. Unworn, unwashed, unaltered goods with the tag attached may be returned within 30 days.  All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.  When returning an item, you are able to exchange for another item or receive an in-store credit that never expires. Please keep in mind, we are unable to guarantee stock of items after purchase. If the item is no longer available, it can be exchanged for another item(s) of equal value. If the value of the item is less, you will receive store credit. If the value of the item is more, the difference will be due at checkout.

All Sale/Clearance items are final. We will not be responsible for purchases that are defective after being washed, worn, or altered. If you are unsure of how to care for an item, please ask us. We know A LOT about garment care and will be happy to help. We want your piece to fit and last.
